Achari Fish Tikka
Chunk of red snapper with five kinds of pickling spices cooked to perfection in the clay oven.
Freshly grated onion mixed with gram flour, fresh herbs and spices – fried until crispy and golden.
Creamy Vegetable Soup
Served with homemade brown bread.
Served as a selection for the table with pulao rice & naan bread.
Chicken Tikka Masala
Chicken cooked in tandoor and then simmered in a tomato and cream based sauce.
Mangalorean Fish Masala
Tilapia (chunky fish from East India) cooked in a sour and spicy tamarind and coconut sauce.
A traditional lamb curry cooked on a slow fire with tomatoes, onions, ginger, garlic and garam masala.
A West Indian lentil and vegetable curry cooked in a tomato based sauce and finished with fresh coriander.
Pan Fried Breast of Chicken
Served with homemade chips, sautéed vegetables and a white wine mushroom sauce.
